1.8.1.10b Changes (April 18th Reset)

-The who-block/invisible timer no longer goes down by one minute each time you log off. (Sorry about that!)
-Small client display error on the new whoblock messages fixed.
-In scripting you can now get the rarity color ignoring the hum (aka base color)
-Fix to all scripts supporting the 'ProcessAfterAttack' function.
-Removed @everyone mentions in discord. Added two new roles which people can add if they want a more direct notification.
