Spell casting classes already have to get more EXP than other classes. And we get less stamina than the most active classes.And we have to spend more down time sitting at temples or drinking liquor to restore MP. Seems biased towards melee classes.. like everyone wasn't a Monk already.
I suggest at least letting MP be restored in Temples.

It is baised towards magic classes for a reason, so they don't get into the game fast enough as they often have abilities that will undermine non-spell classes.
You can drink water, which is cheap and takes about 40 seconds. Maybe I will add a way to have it regenerate similar to food in the future though.
