Guild/Clan House Ideas

How about people post their ideas on what could go into a clan/guild house?
I think NH mentioned some rooms, but I could not find the posting (does not really matter too much though, nice to see them all in one place, right?).
Vaults:
I had an idea for a vault for each officer level. Anyone equal to or greater than the rank can access this vault.
Vaults: Member/Office/Leader.
Could add money to this?
Guild Member Ranks:
Also maybe expand on the ranks available for guilds?
Could make that a static or have the names of the ranks determined by the Leader of the guild (ie they name the ranks as they please).
Accessable to only [insert rank here] rooms:
Not sure if this will work with guild raids. But a leader can lock rooms so that only a member = > than the lock can enter.
Meditation Room:
Faster mana regen (I think this one was mentioned).
Health Sauna:
Faster Health Regen (mentioned as well I think).
Shops:
Do not really need to say anymore.
Teleportation Room:
Allows teleportation to friendly cities (but at a cost).
Need to go!
