+1 bugs the crap out of me too.

Eh... makes sense to me (to use the first item in your pack, as in top left :p ).

I would still like to see a generic comand for "use best potion/mana" or "use worst potion/mana" or at worst "use potion/mana" (last one would just use the first health/mana restorative in your pack the others... well I think you guys could figure that out yourselves).
Last one would probably be the least draining on resources (bandwidth/computer)?
Would it be extremely lazy to ask the same for food/drink? :p

nope. the top left is also the first spot to be filled when you buy things, so it means you're digging past the 55 more recently purchased blood potions in your inventory to get the ones buried farthest away.

Narh lissy is correct on this. Generally buying items should be first, and items should be used from last. Dropping items should be the same way too. Since it's an easy thing to do I'll swap it over.
