Ive been asked a ton about stats and what to make, hows this? hows that? whats this stat do? I am a very statiscal person so i love knowing this stuff before i sink a bunch of time into a character.

Hopefully this little summary helps people consider what to start with. There is no best or right way to make a character everything works this might just make it a little easier when getting started.

Dark Elves - knight monk assassin barb thief
Drakebloods - knight monk assassin barb
Dwarves - paladin knight assassin
Elementals - sorc necro cleric
Elves - sorc necro cleric thief paladin druid ranger bard
Gnomes - sorc necro cleric druid

Half-Elves - sorc necro cleric thief paladin druid ranger bard
Halflings - cleric thief paladin druid ranger bard knight
Half-Orcs - Knight Barb Assassin Monk

I love this man its very helpfull for those who dont know the game or havent played a game like it befor. Also a lot of new stuff has been added to this game rather than games of its former type so it not only helps new players but old players as well.

I feel you might have forgot a few things that i would like to touch base on and if im wrong you could let me know.

Ranger - Dont they have a tame as well? So they would need Char if im not mistaken that is a big thing for them. (enless that has been changed)

Thief - For them to acctauly land a steal on a monster wouldnt they need int so as to not fail? (also might have been changed)

Rangers need CHR for taming, yes.

AGI is the thief stat for stealing, it is countered by defender INT. I still recommend INT for thieves because it helps searching and will (probably) be the stat that determines trap disarming once that is implemented.
