. Maybe consider a gradient for the background flag color? The solid color stands out in a sort of green screen way.

I was wondering the same thing about the angel. I think the wings are meant to be golden. Not sure why it has horns

put a halo above the skull to even it out

I don't think you need to worry about those divs anyways. I just added it for filler so I can use it for testing things and when I use it the client errors stating it's missing the image.

id prefer neutral myself lol no strengths no weaknesses 
if any more divs are added would need 2 weaknesses and 2 strengths. doesn't seem applicable yet
unless good evil is just a basic choice not dealing with div at all where they just get some sort of pvp bonus vs the other
good grants 5% damage and 2.5% dodge vs evil and temple use
evil grants 5% damage and 2.5% dodge vs good and temple use
neutral grants temple use and no bonuses.
either way be a cool addition someday.
