Ember is nearly one year old.
Wouldn't it be nice if President Nitehawk gave us a "State of the union" post?
By this i mean:
- Evaluation of the past year: What went well, and what was not so great, what are, or should be the learnings both for staff in particular, and the comunity in general.
- Future direction: Where will Ember be in one year, what are the priorities, and how can the community help.
I ask this because
a) I remember the demoralizing lack of communication in RoK by DM. I think its a mold we all should want to break.
b) Player numbers are iffy. We need to sort this out, but there needs to be clarity and discussion.
Vote away, although in the end Nitehawk is the boss.

Yes numbers are iffy, and that shall be resolved when advertising starts.
But speech is a way to put plans and build an agenda. I haven't seen to many presidents keep their campaign promises.

I realize the numbers are low and since they are, if peeps who are on late at night, when there is like 3 active people on the server. Set aside our differences, and which person is in this guild or that guild, and we could level together or do things together, or until the numbers increase if/when people join the game , notice I said 3 actual active people t, that's cause everyone just idles.

It will be odd me partying up with Defiance 25ers to harass levelers, but i think we can make it happen

The state of the union should be done live in game and posted on YouTube; and also be available in text. IMO.
Troll. I am here to create the issues that plague the game, I will push your buttons and like the outcome.

I can give something like this, but I need to write what's going on with what I'm doing now in a small snippet. Regardless, I've attempted to keep the community always in the loop from day 1 though. There has been a lack of advertising because of the bugs and such, but once everythings sorted we'll probably attempt it again too, which at least shouldn't be too long (hopefully).
I'll think it up in the coming week though.

Yeah i know you've been working hard - and i, and i believe all of us understand and appreciate this. And its not so much a "keeping us in the loop", but what i would like to see (and i know this is not a small ask) is a more organized roadmap of things to be, and your overall strategy (which necessarily will mount on the stuff you've done).
