stack pets (i.e) Golem

Postby Sedition » Fri Jun 24, 2016 3:03 pm

Would be nice is your pets were stacked with a # next to them(so you can see how many is casted) This way the screen is not spammed with pets when you're in a party.

Interesting idea. Not sure I agree with it but it is something to think about. Maybe Nitehawk can put something in the client to allow people to do this.

Also with pets we need to figure out a way to be able to macro each one for heals/buffs.

May I direct you attention to this.

This would make support class use much easier.

For example say I make a macro

F1: c heal

It's blank but set to heal. Now with the party window you can highlight people or pets and hit F1 to heal them.

Ease of support :D

What about a separate pet window? Like a little box similar to the items dropped box, that lists active pets?

That's what I am suggesting pretty much but I think it would be ease to list all players and pets in the window. Lol

Yeah... you are making an argument AGAINST stacking the pets. Actually, I think you have decided me on being against stacking pets.

I think it would clutter up things, one part of the side panel for alts, one part for items and one for pets... nah to me thatd be too cluttered.

Number system would be ok though, only problem is youd probably need to use the first 3 letters of the characters name as well just to identify whose pet is whose... nah getting silly now, not sure number system would work either.

How about a message: ONE OF YOUR PETS HAS DIED. If you miss it (possibility, we all know how the text can scroll when things are busy) tough luck. Maybe just dont have the spell cast (so you dont waste mana - this could be used for other spells as well) if you have a full compliment of pets?

I don't care if they are stacked or not just along as they can be targeted for heals on a individual level right now with a sorcs with 3 pets and a cleric you can only heal the top pet which is a big flaw imo.

I'm aware of it, Will be adjusted in the future.
