Need a message when at max xp

I got a message in purple stating that I needed to go level up.

I actually liked the 3 line spam - made sure i saw it, especially when leveling in the arena, things started to scroll pretty quick.

Yeah since the textbox is rather small it can be easy to miss. I think that is what was happening with people.

In terms of that though, the new client is a little bit larger and it should be alot nicer; I'd say 8) Could even make a little icon to say you are ready to level too in the future.
