/exp to show exp until both soft cap and hard cap

The game currently says the following when you type /exp:

[12:14] Experience: 94010882/87000000 - Remaining to level: 0

It could say something like:

[12:14] Experience: 94010882/87000000 - Minimum needed to level: 0 - Maximum needed to level: 2920392

My suggested wording is a bit clunky, but it'd be nice to have that info to hand

isnt the hardcap 10% of total exp? 87million exp can go 8.7m over before cap.. seems pretty straight forward.
