Karnath Mines now has a new mini boss (3 person area). I don't want to give too many details away but the area opens up pretty late (around 1am server time). Inside you'll find some new npcs items and more

Graveyard/Temple
Thanatos/Mort intelligence decreased (blind should no longer blind for as long)
Added a few new spells / spawns to spice things up.
To stop zombies you now need to kill all npcs to go down to the tomb.
Grove
Mendel and Luna now spawn every 4-5 mins (so players can kill them for the quest) but also removed equipment drops off them. Easier to solo (reduction in hp about 20-30% damage reduction about 10%).
Adding Staff, Light Armor and Cloak to grove chain quest
removed shield (too many options it for quest will show up somewhere else down the road)
There is a new NPC mini boss that roams the grove and has a chance to drop the old blues still.
No More level locks in swamp.
Drev Mines
Fixed final loot horder > loot hoarder
Removed kickout on fiend squares
Shortened key expire time for rusty key
Shortened expire time for delerium crystal
Better explained aging miner only lasts a few hours
Better explained rusty key only last a few hours
Cities
Canopia and Arkanmaw have been totally revamped and polished up! youll notice quite a few cool things in each of the cities.
Drevlar and Alderra now have some crafting locations in them.
Alderra now has new stat and other mod amulets.
